EMERGING HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing & hiring
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff and contractors
• Help organize personnel records & HR documentation
• Assist with developing policies, procedures & training materials
• Support performance management and documentation processes
• Help create consistent HR systems and workplace practices
• Collect HR information and prepare summaries for management
• Serve as a professional, objective resource for team members
• Learn the day-to-day operations of a growing HR department

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Foundational knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Internship, school-based HR projects, or entry-level HR experience welcomed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus—but we are willing to teach the right person
